Homeowner:	La cocina está aquí y la gotera está allí abajo.	The kitchen is here, and the leak is down there.
Plumber:	No se ve tan mal, pero el caño está todo oxidado y sería recomendable cambiarlo.	It doesn't look very bad, but the pipe is rusty. So, I would recommend replacing it.
Homeowner:	¿Es realmente necesario? Dejeme ver. El baño está arriba. El agua no para de correr.	Is it really necessary? Let me think about it. Anyway, the bathroom is upstairs. It doesn't stop running.
Plumber:	Este es un problema muy pequeño. Ya lo arreglé.	It's just a little problem; it's fixed.
Homeowner:	¿Y cuánto me costaría para arreglar todo?	How much would it all cost?
Plumber:	No le voy a cobrar por el baño. Si quiere arreglar la gotera y cambierle el caño, se lo puedo hacer todo por solamente $35.	There is not charge for the toilet. If you want to fix that leak and replace the pipe, I could do it all for only $35.
Homeowner:	Está bien. ¿Cuándo me lo podría arreglar entonces?	That's fine. When do you think you can fix it?
Plumber:	Ahora tengo que ir a otra casa. ¿Qué le parece mañana a las ocho de la mañana?	Right now I have to go to another call. How about tomorrow morning at eight?
Homeowner:	Está bien. Gracias. Hasta mañana entonces.	That's fine. Thanks. I'll see you tomorrow, then.
