Customer: ¡Buenas tardes! Habla Eduardo Romero de Acme. Hoy recibimos el pedido y encontramos dos cajas de mercaderías rotas. Good afternoon! This is Eduardo Romero speaking from Acme. Today we received our order and found two boxes of broken merchandise.
Customer Care Rep: ¿Tiene el número de factura a mano? Do you have the invoice number with you?
Customer: Sí, es el 7812-F. Yes, it's 7812-F.
Customer Care Rep: Ya encontré su factura ¿Cómo desea que hagamos? ¿Quiere que le mandemos la mercadería nuevamente o desea que le acreditemos la suma a su cuenta? I found your order. What would you like us to do for you? Would you want us to send the merchandise again or receive credit for the amount?
Customer: Necesitamos la mercadería. Así que, ¿podrían mandárnosla nuevamente? Y si es posible, ¿hoy mismo? We need the merchandise. Therefore, could you ship it again? And if it's possible, today?
Customer Care Rep: Lo siento, pero hoy será imposible. Podremos mandársela mañana por la mañana temprano. I am sorry, but today is impossible. We will be able to send it early tomorrow morning.
Customer: Está bien. Y ahora, ¿qué hacemos con los productos dañados? That's fine. And now, what should we do with the damaged goods?
Customer Care Rep: Por favor, entrégueselos al repartidor. Please, give them to the delivery person.
Customer: ¡Cómo no! ¡Gracias por su ayuda! Sure! Thanks for your help!
